good info i just bought a 4 bedroom two bath mobile home already setup it was a show case and im renting the lot we have not moved to the place yet but lot rent is $99 for the first six months then $240 and im a first time buyer

I was wondering if I can still get that first time home buyer credit even if I recieve social security benefits due to a passing of a family member?
