    You can get the tax credit. The $8,000 amount just begins to decrease based on your income over the $75,000 maximum. I would consult an Accountant to see how much you would get.

    my earning are 34 dollar per hr until oct but i have worked overtime also 400 hr now i am employee for the same client 80K from Oct 26 onwards. i bought a house now. if my earning are more than 75K should qualify to get tax credit or not? please let me know
