If you want the new 8k credit that doesnt have to be paid back the revised form is not away yet. That is probably why. Right nowadays that form is only good for the 7500 credit that has to be paid back.

Can we qualify for a first time home buyer program?

Question by Sonja: Can we qualify for a first time home buyer program?
First time home buyer question. My wife is a school teacher, but with my income combined with hers we are priced out of every first time home buyer program we have seen. Can we use only one of our incomes to qualify for a first time home buyer program?

Best answer:

Answer by whatevit
I do not know where you are from. First time national buyersis dependent on ownership of property not income. If your income is high, this does not prevent you from the benefitsof the program, at lease not in my country. If there is an income limitation, you can buy the property inone name and use the income of that person. Please notethat you should make a more reasonable investment if you can.

Where I Live – Sarah Anderson and Her Sonoma County Home | Pottery Barn

Antique shop owner, Sarah Anderson, gives us a tour of her home in Sonoma County, California. Built in the 1870s, she is the proud owner of an old Victorian house. Sarah set out to design her house herself, as her mind was abuzz with decorating ideas. The goal was to maintain the integrity of the house. Sarah maintained the original look of her home by making minimal changes. Sarah wanted to create a warm and inviting feeling. She wanted a home that was cozy and had a farmhouse atmosphere. She invited the Pottery Barn’s Design Studio to help her decorate the home. Pottery Barn design experts simply re-created her living space and transformed the look of her home. For example, the upstairs bedroom was re-decorated using only Pottery Barn furniture. The placing of simple furniture pieces like the bed, the desk made the room look just right. Later, Sarah asked the Pottery Barn experts to use their creative ideas to re-arrange her own furniture. Pottery Barn Design Studio also offers excellent ideas to organize your living spaces. The inspiration and advice from Pottery Barn design specialists definitely helps you design your home with ease. They layer the interiors of your home with different accessories and bring it together in an interesting manner.
