I do not know where you are from. First time home buyers
is dependent on ownership of property not income.
If your income is high, this does not prevent you from the benefits
of the program, at lease not in my country.
If there is an income limitation, you can buy the property in
one name and use the income of that person. Please note
that you should make a more reasonable investment if you can.

Aside from First Time Buyer Programs, Educator Programs and FHA, there are also Mortgage Assistance Programs and City Programs that I refer to my first time buyers to. Just download a fantastic buyer’s guide on the web-site of Fizber, and you will see how the real estate market works:
