I would like to know as a consumer, what kind of advertising, promotions, speakers, topics would make you want to attend. I think a home buyers seminar would get more to come than just a 1st times home buyers.
don’t know what the laws are for mortg bankers, but offer large gift certificates ($500-$1000) ,free credit checks
have the event catered, door prizes, get some local real estate agents to go in with you to help with seminar, don’t get the local big shots, go to some of the middle of the line or new comers (the hungry ones) they will work harder for the buyers
