Who is a first time home buyer?

Ili asked:

I am on the title of our house, but, not on the loan. Do I qualify as a first time home buyer should I decide to purchase?

No but you can always say your a home owner. It just is not on your credit profile.

No, you would not qualify as a first time homebuyer, since you DO own a home. (You are on the title). The loan has nothing to do with it.

Buying a house and making it your home is a dream almost everyone cherishes, irrespective of the geographical boundaries.

First time home buyers can now opt for first time home buyers loans and buy their choice of home more easily.

    No
I am assuming that the house you are on the title for is your primary residence?
