Expect 12-16 weeks.

At the present time they are taking at least 12 weeks and most are more like 16 weeks or greater.

My son is on 16 weeks at 14 weeks they sent a letter wanting him to send it proof with final HUD papers and copy of grant deed. Now being told it can take another 60 days.
